Not so bad, so far.

Physical games:
Broken Sword: The Sleeping Dragon (PS2) - 11 E
Broken Sword 5: The Serpent's Curse (PS4) - 17 E
The Yakuza: Remastered Collection (PS4) - 15 E

January - 0 E
February - 43 E

Total - 43 E

I'm going to need to change my vote, unable to find a RTX5090. knock a full 2grand off
Switch 2 on release date? Assuming they can be found. OR wait for the OLED upgraded version in 2029.

Bought a new PC already, my dream monitor, upgraded my wife's CPU, RAM, and motherboard, bought some random cheaper games on Steam, Quest, and Xbox, and bought an omnidirectional treadmill. I'm already past 5 grand, but I don't really intend to spend anything else on games this year other than tiny purchases here and there when stuff are on big discounts.

I don't really spend like this in general, this year is a big exception as we just finished a huge attic remodel. Next year I probably won't even spend a grand.

I cracked and bought Fantasian for the Switch. They put it on sale and the physical copies are only sold through Amazon, and I am about to finish Star Ocean 2 Remake and was trying to figure out what to play on Switch next.

So $40 for the year so far.

Sooner or later my PS plus runs out. So I'll have to renew it. But apart from that I won't spend any money, because I don't have any lol.

And I own a huge backlog and I'd like to get rid of at least 30 games from my backlog this year.

February spending so far:

Ender Magnolia Bloom In The Mist (PS5) - €50 - Imported copy from Asia

Normally I keep spending till I see shitty games especially the ones the internet praise it as if it's perfect for every human being, I stop there and play f2p to cope from the bad choices I made.

Little update.
Physical games:

Broken Sword: The Sleeping Dragon (PS2) - 11E
Broken Sword 5: The Serpent's Curse (PS4) - 17E
The Yakuza: Remastered Collection (PS4) - 15E
Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney Trilogy (NS) - 40E

January - 0E
February - 43E
March - 40E

Stumbled upon the Dead Island 2 demo on the PlayStation store. Have been interested in buying the game for some time and didn't know it had a demo.

Gave it a shot and really enjoyed it. Decided to grab the physical Ultimate Edition for $40 new on Amazon.

At this rate I'm going to go over my guess in no time :messenger_grinning_sweat:

Well it will be MUCH less this year as I spent well over 3 Grand last year thanks to a PS5 Pro and my first gaming PC plus a bunch of games on Steam sales mostly.

This year no hardware except a few controllers. Will be paying for Game Pass Ultimate plus some PS5 games and Steam games.

Right now I'm gonna guess around $1000 for this year but we will see...

So far for 2025 : $67

$40 for Game Pass Ultimate

$27 for Tomb Raider 4-6 Remasters
Updated total as of March: $210

Game total = $150
Assassin's Creed Shadows
Tomb Raider 4-6 Remaster
Prince of Persia Lost Crown
Door Kickers 2
Supreme Commander 2

Game Pass Ultimate = $60

Around $750 -$1000 with games this year, for now. I'm going through some of my backlog or buying games on sale for this year. I could bump that up to $1000 - $1500 depending on future announcements or if I buy some other peripherals.

Probably just the Steam version of Stellar Blade assuming my PC would run it so 1 to 100 cause prices are already crazy and the tariff just stops me from even thinking about getting a new PC. So just going to continue using my 8 year old + pc for modded bethesda games and some old emulator games from time to time plus watch movies online and other random youtube vids. No consoles either until the Switch 2 gets more games out that I like cause not enough for me at the moment even without the tariff crap. Same for computer parts, even without the tariff, the prices to performance ratio still aren't good enough.
