Didn't even make the Top 10. I wrote this rant about it:

With all three of his primary co-stars breaking into their respective Top 10 lists, forgive me for being upset that my favourite was left off. Not known for his comic work, McBride’s Emerson Cod has been a delight. He’s a knitting private detective, for cripes sake, and he has adapted maybe best of all to the witicisms and whimsy that this world entails (albeit it through cynicism and sarcasm). The shortened season robbed him of a showcase episode (We got hints of a baity fatherhood episode), something that the other actors by comparison had, but that doesn’t mean that the show’s most consistently hilarious character should get snubbed. Here’s hoping the voters smarten up for the show’s second season.

I also have to add Connie Britton not even making the top 10 supporting actress nominees (she really should have been lead =/), let alone being in the eventual final nominees is a total sham. She was an absolute effing powerhouse this year and i am NOT hyperbolizing. Screw those Grey's Anatomy bitches!

Agreed. They should take away the horrible "reality show host" category, and add in a consolation award for her and people from The Wire, BSG and the other shows that got snubbed. But hey, at least Heidi Klum now is Emmy-nominated!

Why is Entourage even nominated, the last new episode was forever ago.

The Emmy voting period cuts off in late May, so Entourage's summer season last year was eligible for this award period.

Why it was nominated, though, is a great question I don't have an answer to.

The Shield wasn't eligible was it? It hasn't aired new eps in forever.

As for Rescue Me, WTF? Season four of Rescue Me was really horrible. Like almost delete my season pass horrible.
