I think the special commissioned posters usually come a little ways into the season, because it takes a little time to prepare them. I'd imagine they don't have all the key moments they want to capture for the big episodes in the posters ready until just before the season starts airing.

Yeah you're right. Just seems like they could have done a really neat poster for Ghost Rider.
In any case, I'm glad this show is back. Can't wait to see what obstacle FitzSimmons have to face this season.
