Pretty much yeah. This nay be the last console I do preorder tho. I'm going further and further into PC gaming as my primary, so seeing the Switch 2 being the last preorder (if I can get it) is something I am highly considering. It won't be the last console I buy in general, but I still haven't even bothered to get a PS5 Pro. There's plenty of them at my local Best Buy and it seems like no one is buying them.

This my entire worry when it comes to Switch 2 release, money is not the issue but Its going to be stressful couple of weeks trying to pre-order this thing.

I've preordered the Mario Kart edition as the game looks like it'll be a blast and I had already told the kids I would get the new switch when it's released. I know the price is an issue but I don't think that's unique to this product, everything is getting really expensive unfortunately. One thing I can be certain of is that there'll be some must play games that you'll only be able to play on the switch.

I just managed to pre-order mine and they're currently available everywhere here in Germany right now. However Amazon is invite only.
I assume this is either a repeat of the PS5 pre-orders (no one knows they're live right now) or Nintendo managed to produce a shit ton of consoles (thanks to the delays), or no one is buying because it's expensive.

In Canada Pre-order are at April 9. Hopefully Nintendo managed produce enough system so get a pre-order.I just managed to pre-order mine and they're currently available everywhere here in Germany right now. However Amazon is invite only.

I've pre-ordered one. I want the best Metroid Prime 4 experience available.
Fortunately EB Games in Australia only needs a $50 deposit for a $770 console (with MK World). It's still widely available across all major retailers here after several days, so no issues with it selling out.
