I feel like this might be a bad life decision, but I just ordered a Thermaltake Meka G1 keyboard.

My G15 is getting a bit worn out, and I hear those mechanical keyboards are what all the uncool kids use.
Was actually gonna get myself a DAS Ultimate, but I wanted the media keys of the Thermaltake. Maybe for my 2012 computer build (if I get the money) I'll get one:

I own the Razer BlackWidow Ultimate version (as my room is quite dark, the non-Ultimate is sans-backlighting) and it's fantastic. Once you own a mechanical keyboard, you won't go back.
Aside from the lack of backlighting, the only real difference between this and the Thermaltake is the Razer has blue cherries, so have aren't as efficient for gaming (you have to allow a key to return before pressing it again, otherwise it won't register), and is somewhat louder. Of course the Razer has macro keys down the side, which I don't actually use.
Here's the Ultimate.

I'm sure you'll enjoy your purchase a lot. The Filco keyboards are also quite nice and are a similar price to the Das Keyboard range.
Edit: You can also buy different versions of the awesome buckling spring IBM Model M Keyboard from the current rights holder. Website
here. Just stay away from the "Enhanced Quiet Touch" as it's just the shitty rubber dome keyboard that you find everywhere.
