In a world where battleships were never decommissioned and women are permitted to operate miniguns...

Wait, $200 million? 200 million fucking dollars?!

This ship wont sink at the box office. It'll make gangbusters!

This trailer makes me embarrassed to be human.

Just when you think Hollywood can't regress any further they manage to scrape through the bottom of the barrel and into the cesspool beneath.

Also, those Japanese Empire flags. Doesn't the rest of asia sort of see those the way we see swastikas?

Well the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force still rocks that flag.

At least we know what the Green Lantern of 2012 will be.

Avengers?

Anyways, Peter Berg was enouugh to sell me regardless of how ludicrous it is. He's so totally underrated.

That's because 90% of all Hollywood movies are stupid, infantile pap.

The fact that people can actually watch this trailer and then contemplate seeing the whole movie proves we're well beyond the point of no return.

That's ridiculous, the movie audience will eat up Avengers and it'll make so much money it'll make your head spin.

I meant in terms of Solo being excited about people involved with it, even though the trailer looks like garbage..

Meh, trailer looks exactly like Transformers (but with a much better cast) and thats a billion dollar franchise.

It is sad to think that the Dune movie was in turnaround for so long that Peter Berg left it (and it was his dream project) to go direct this.

I hate this movie for that simple fact.
