Finally got this working. Still trying to figure out if it's running at 720p like ShadPS4 says, or if I should trust the Ctrl+F10 in-game display that days it's running at 1080p upscale to 1440p. Regardless, it's running at 60fps pretty well locked.

Agree with the other guy saying the 60fps makes this game so much more readable. Managed to beat the Cleric Beast without dying once (noteworthy because I suck).

Make sure to go in the game patches and select a resolution. The emulator menu doesn't actually change it.

Thanks. Sorry, got a question, and you seem to know your stuff. I went into patches and downloaded all from whatever the default directory was. That gave me the 60fps patch/disable CA/etc. About 10 patches. But the only resolution mod I see is 720p (Lance McDonald's one). Any ideas on how I can get a 1080p/1440p one or otherwise be sure I'm running at those rezzes?

Check the drop down menu. The one where you see the patches collection's name and the name of the author. There should be another set of patches with more resolution options.
