Where can you see your character's level? The only place I can see it is ply pressing 'y' to see your gamercard and it says 'level 6 beastmaster' but that is the gamercard. I cannot see any info in the menu's

I heard consoles have been over heating because of this game!
Try clean your console with a can of air! Or an air compressor. Dust build up could be an issue.

Turn off quick start up.
Power down xbox one x.
Then try again.
Tbh when i got level 50 i stopped.
I am waiting for menu lag to get fixed.

Be carefull going back online as currently endgame is bugged and your "paragon" levels will suddenly go negative really gimping your charI am so glad that I had the sense to disconnect the internet from my PS4
I am gonna farm M3 like mad until I get everything I want.

It ain't like they actually fixed anything relevant, performance-wise.
All they did was kill fun.
I saved mine.
I'll probably wait for another, better patch in all honesty.
One that fixes genuine performance issues and such.
Or else the first DLC - whichever comes first.

Literally making my first post here to second this.
I installed the Sept. 26 patch. The game froze on the Psycho saint loading screen, then, my PS4 crashed. Started it up again. Shut the PS4 down properly this time, and restarted. Booted up the game again, froze in the same spot. When my PS4 restarted, I had a CE-34335-8 error code, meaning my HDD is pooched.
In spite of dropping $130+ to the Super Deluxe Edition, I'm never touching this game again, nor will I be supporting Gearbox in the future.

Just saw a video where they said there will not be any new vault hunters because data showed that not many people used more than one . I can see why that is because it was a huge slog to playthrough the game multiple times just to get to end game stuff. The 2 times you do playthrough with your initial character should be enough

Just do what BL2 did after a few updates, start TVHM with a new character at lvl 30 instantly

They made minor buffs to a few gun types, and irrelevant buffs to Zane.
And they nerfed the ever living shite out of a ton of stuff, gimped Amara, and flatout nuked Fl4k.

While I would prefer the Diablo way, I would be fine with this to but starting a level 1 character and having to go though that shit again twice makes my skin crawl

For zane it's all about understanding his skills. Once you master switching with the clone and how to use it, he's pretty good. I like to think of him as the advanced player character, you need to actually think and use strategy. Moze is all around good. Fl4k is like salvador in that he's OP as hell. And amara is the most unique. But to say zane is weak is nonsense, i hate to say this but you just need to get good. Here's a link to how to use him.

He gets better as you level up. People are either just used to melting with Fl4k or don't understand how to use him.

They're going to fine tune everything and I'm sure by the end of October this game will be near perfect. But, my only gripe that i would want to be fixed asap is please for the love of god let us skip cutscenes. I loved the story and was emotionally moved by it, but after seeing them once it's all you need. I shouldn't have to watch the same 5 minute scenes over and over with each character and mode. It just sucks going from blowing people's heads up to seeing the same scenes again.

If they don't implement the start at lvl 30 for new character after tvhm is available, then they are blowing it. It's a slog to level each char up to Max level, which is why the metrics point to people only keeping one while playing.
Went Zane for my first character, also having a blast despite the internet telling me he sucks...seeing his buffs in this new patch is a pretty good way to start the weekend.

The only fun to be had with it right now is laughing at how hard the apologists are squirming to justify this utter shite.

Chubbies/Tubbies are a rare spawn "fat" version of enemies, like a chubby skag or varkid.
In Borderlands 2, they almost always dropped legendaries, usually class mods.
I have seen several chubby skags when it was early in the game, but none after level 10 or so.

Loaded up my Fl4k to see if TVHM was worth it. They completely butchered his action skill. TVHM is the same shit with more hitpoints, and no new rewards. Loaded up a new character aaaaand remembered you can't skip cutscenes. Not sitting through all that again.
Game is pretty much my biggest disappointment of 2019.

Lol..Chubby/tubby are special and rare versions of regular enemies like skags or varkids or spider ants . You'll see it when you aim at them it'll say chubby skag or something and they look well...chubby . They are a tankier than the regular enemies and hit pretty hard but they do drop rarer loot . In 2 the tubbies were a guaranteed legendary and they only appeared in UVHM and after level 61 (I think) .

40 legendary in what 20 min ? that is just lame as hell

Good luck getting 40 viable Legendaries in 20 minutes, much less 40 viable Anointed Legendaries.

Sorry you can't spam Fl4k or the pipe bomb anymore, but he was OP. Plus the legendary loot drops were way too much. Sometimes it took an hour in BL1 and BL2 just to get one. Before they nerfed it i could get 20-30 in an hour.
They are trying to build this game for a long haul. You're just going to have to figure out more ways of playing the game than spamming the cheesiest things. How fun would this game be with everybody just using fl4k and the same weapons and mods, i for one love diversity and change.
