Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy

It's a streaming release, won't hit cinemas.

She messed with her brand by completely changing her face and hasn't done anything worth while since. Sad really .. that is a mental illness no one helped her with.

The original was about a thirsty nerd in her 20s.
The sequel is about a thirsty milf in her late 40s (spoiler: the actress is 55)

Middle aged woman, want to and probably sleeps with 20 something man child, blames everyone but herself

So it's a film about every woman ever

God she looks like shit in this.

Cant believe Me, Myself and Irene was just 25 years ago. She did not age well.

I think she aged fine. It's just that she looks her age. It's slightly ridiculous to expect a 55 year old woman to look the same as when she was 30.

Probably need to go on a bicycle, I hear F424 NPE is fucked nowadays classic Range quality it's corroded and rusted head to asshole

Claret still in the seat stiching aswell. Maybe hel like 1 of them new range rovers in white, the sort the benefit mums who dont know how to indicate go pick there kids up in.

Nothing funny about it, gangland Essex what a place to be in the 90s with Pat, Tony and Craig running about, Raquels was the place to be. Big up the Basildon and Pitsea mandem, from ya boi from Canvey Island.

Lee Chapman, judo legend was Tony's main man. Was supposed to be in a car following behind the Range the night it happened but couldn't make it.

I like how this thread has slightly gone off topic, reminds me of the Doom/Animal crossing era, now we got Bridgette Jones/Essex Boys.

Watched it at the cinema last night, was good and I enjoyed.

Im more excited for this:

This trailer was right before the film started. Looks like a proper naughty one to see with the lads, gon wait till benefits day though so we can get a few £9 bottles of becks at the cinema to watch it with

Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy stormed to the number one spot, with an opening weekend in the UK of £10.2m.
Marvel's latest juggernaut meanwhile, Captain America: Brave New World, had to content itself with £6.4m over the weekend, hardly a shabby number, but comfortably in second place.

The cinema I go to has a "Superscreen," which, as the name suggests, is larger than the other screens and has a better picture and sound quality as well as more comfortable seating. I noticed that they were using it for screenings of this rather than Captain America, which maybe indicates they were expecting it to do better.
