That game development should have more diversity? That said, The Last Hours of Half Life Alyx app that released a few days ago has a group picture and their studio is like 95% white. If it's a valid criticism it applies to almost all developers.
There's an interesting question why games skews so white compared to the pipeline which is more East Asian and Indian but other types of diversity is almost nonexistent in fields that software development draw on. FANG companies have great compensation and are desperate to hire and can cherry pick yet at best they get closer to demographics of the relevant majors.
