MAYBE it wasn't intentional, but as someone else said earlier, infants are actually pretty flexible so you would have to be using quite a bit of force to break their legs. Intentional or not, that is ridiculously excessive amounts of force to be using when changing a baby.Not that he didn't fuck up, but this isn't like he intentionally did it. He wasn't careful like he needed to be, but he didn't apparently intentionally hurt the child, and alerted someone the moment he realized something was wrong.
He could be lying, of course.
As a parent of two young kids, I can sympathize with experiencing frustration, but I cannot believe how rough you would have to be with your kids to do this. Sometimes when you're frustrated (e.g. exhausted, no sleep, they won't stop crying), you just need to leave the room and cool down - there is no excuse for this behaviour.
