Competent developers in contrast to the developers of Battlefield.

Unfortunately, yes. I lost all my interest when this was announced. So, this game is no tactical āold schoolā fps but instead a hero shooter-like large scale fps? I mea with powers (āabilitiesā) and such?
Its a Battlefield/DMZ clone. So, this game is no tactical āold schoolā fps but instead a hero shooter-like large scale fps? I mea with powers (āabilitiesā) and such?
Ah, I'm out.Unfortunately, yes. I lost all my interest when this was announced.
Ok, but are there āpowersā/abilities in all gamemodes? Its a Battlefield/DMZ clone.
Its pretty good at what it does. Ton of fun with loads of potential.
Bares no resemblance to the IP mind.
Ok, but are there āpowersā/abilities in all gamemodes?
It has a bit of everything.
At Gamescom 2024, we got some time with the upcoming FPS that is taking on Battlefield and Escape From Tarkov; Delta Force: Hawk Ops. The core of the Havoc Warfare game mode is extremely similar to Battlefield 2042, but the operators and gadgets of Delta Force: Hawks Ops changes up the game, adding abilities and tools similar to those found in Rainbow Six: Siege to the chaos of combat.
At least the game does not suck like Battlefield 2042 and the alpha runs more polished than the retail version of Battlefield.Bizarre how similar this looks to Battlefield 2042. Even the little kill notifications and kill cams are exactly the same. No surprise this is coming from a Chinese studio.
BTFO? Go on, im not down with the kids these days. Whats that mean?I will laugh my fucking ass off if this BTFOs the next Battlefield game (and I hope it does).

Jury is out on it for me. The beta was decent but I'm definitely cautious.6 min video and definitely smells like f2p ammo and pay to win ammo.

It was pretty good what I played. Nothing ground breaking or original but scratched the DMZ and Battlefield itch.Fuck![]()
Isnāt it gonna also have more traditional modes like tdm etcIt was pretty good what I played. Nothing ground breaking or original but scratched the DMZ and Battlefield itch.
If its any consolation I'm waiting for Pad support before I dive back in myself.
Yeah it has those also, and a single player campaign. The DMZ is a completely different mode to the Battlefield one on different maps, at least it was like that when I played the Alpha.Isnāt it gonna also have more traditional modes like tdm etc
Did the gunplay feel polished and big budget more towards cod like? Or did it feel more like the other free 2 play games like xdefiant, warface etcYeah it has those also, and a single player campaign. The DMZ is a completely different mode to the Battlefield one on different maps, at least it was like that when I played the Alpha.
It was pretty impressive for a free to play game. The economy needed some kinks ironing out for the extraction mode, but it was pretty polished and ran well.
I don't play M+K often enough these day to form an opinion if I'm honest, but i never thought "this feels shit" if you know what I mean.Did the gunplay feel polished and big budget more towards cod like? Or did it feel more like the other free 2 play games like xdefiant, warface etc
Take a look at the PC Open Beta Warfare Trailer for Delta Force, a free-to-play modern team-based tactical shooter developed by TiMi Studio Group. Players will fight in intense 32v32 infantry combat and epic vehicle battles across land, sea, and air. Engage with a plethora of modes across Hazard Operations, PVE mode - Raid, and classic PVE campaign mode. The PC Global Open Beta for Delta Force is launching on December 5 for Steam.
Delta Force series is back, except it's not handled by the same studio or even part of the same genre. Instead of a tactical shooter, it's now a free-to-play competitive shooter a la Battlefield, mixed with an extraction shooter mode akin to Escape from Tarkov.
It's not the most inspired title by a long shot, especially when you look at the Operators. However, it's also not bad. Warfare is your 32v32 mode with various maps, each offering different sectors, vehicles to pilot, and roles to cover. The action is fast-paced and intense, especially as territory control moves back and forth, though the maps are run-of-the-mill.
Operations is the extraction shooter mode but offers a PvE Raid with support for up to three players. It's also mechanically decent, liberally borrowing from Tarkov but offering some fun gameplay. Overall, Delta Force may seem out of line with previous titles, but there is a free-to-play vision here for something unique, even if it's nothing you haven't seen before.
