Dragon age the Veilguard new 22 gameplay video

Mage gameplay looks good but what the fuck is the rest of this? Looks like a cheap mobile game.

Damn, this gameplay footage made the game look far worse which I couldnt think possible.

2007 called it wants its character models back and it'll prolly run worse than Cyberpunk at launch.

DA started as the grim and dark Game of Thrones type fantasy RPG.
What is it now? It's certainly not that anymore, but doesn't have a new identity either.
 
That voice is annoying

Just looks so bland with bad combat. Everyone just looks so androgynous. Terrible

I feel like I post this every time DA2 is mentioned (am I a DA2 apologist?), but there is a single main reason that the game ended up the way it did. It starts with an "E" and ends with an "A".
 
This video unsold me on the game. Looks boring to play and that horrific presentation didn't help.

Was going to give it a shot via EA Play Pro but probably not anymore. Will have to see more. If there's no real time combat, I definitely won't touch it. Couldn't sit through that presentation, so I got no info out of it.
 
Yikes dude. I know youtube compression, but i fucking hate the art style and this UI man... Seriously looks like a fucking mobile game and tbh the facial animations are only a bit better than andromeda. Dunno man i want to like this, but they making it really hard

Lol this whole sh*t is so soft and on brand. These people just can't make art that isn't gaudy. Gives you insight into how they see the world. Geez.
 
i know some people like how this game looks and plays.
but i hope it fails hard like dustborn and concord, just looks like the same cheap junk.
i hope people use their head and dont pre-order this, or atleast make sure you can refund it.
 
Ngl, this presentation definitely unsold me on the game. I was on the fence previously. But it just doesn't look like something I will have fun playing.

But at least it's not open-world, which is a wise decision by BioWare.
 
I will never get over how every AAA game now has the same cheap menus and UI that look like they come from a mobile game. How did this ever become ok?

Im on a rollercoaster too. Reveal was hot garbage, 2nd trailer was better, 10 min combat footage looked decent, but this looks awful again
 
I just can't with this game.

Putting aside the fact that the game will be infested with nonsense politics, there's clearly a lot of talented work on display, but they're trying way, way too hard.

It just looks like a chore to play.
