He was reminded be Geoff that he (Tretton) said it was on hiatus last year. Tretton responded that due to the cancellation rumours "well, how does that statement look that I said it was on hiatus?" and then he very sarcastically said "we'll see the reveal tonight!"

Seems like it is DEFINITELY on hiatus and he is poking fun at the fact that Sony still isn't admitting it.
