Hart's our best keeper in ages but he's likely to make mistakes.

Well, I can't really think of a time they had a completely great squad (top to bottom). For instance they had Seaman as their keeper for like 10 years.
But even if you were right, there a countless nations with great squads, but sort of a loser image. Netherlands, France, Spain and especially England were synonymous with this (except for a few short-lived success periods).
But then France broke out of it in 1998 and Spain in 2008 - so you just need to break the spell.

Oh for fucks sake, the Dutch coach once again prefers van Persie over Huntelaar as the striker. Van Persie couldnt score for the Dutch team if his live depended on it, while Huntelaar scores from every goddamn angle, but nope, got to play van Persie because fuck knows why!

Hmm, RvP's first touch is on a whole another level compared to Huntelaar's. He's much better for a one man striker formation and it seems like you don't have the proper non-striker material for a classic 4-4-2 to employ them both (i.e. Robben can't cross for shit and your defense is to weak to not have two DMF, 6ers on the field).

I have said it a couple of times against my friends but an extremely motivated Affelay and a pissed off Robben (Bayern incident) can win us the matches. I just hope RvP makes everyone shut up and score at least a goal or two against the Germans and Portugese.

Joe Harts major flaw is his habit of pushing the ball back out when making a save. He's done this on a number of occasions over the past few years. Instead of pushing the ball to the side he'll put it right back into the penalty area and puts his defenders under extreme pressure.
City have conceded a few goals because of Harts misjudgement. He's certainly a very good keeper though.

There was an article a couple of days ago saying that most of the Portuguese team played poker on their free time and Hugo Almeida was the best at poker. I think he must have won his starting place on the team on a poker match with Paulo Bento.
