They could literally give you a bag full of poop inside the box and people would still buy it. This is not the game, its the power of the brand and the potential of "new pokemons" running gag.

I honestly dunno why they are waiting to whoop this shit out of microtransactions. Theres nothing who could stop them to infest this game with shitty practices, go full EA.

I have no clue how The Pokemon Company's joint ownership among Gamefreak, Nintendo, and Creatures Inc works... but I desperately wish that it were possible for Nintendo and Creatures to organize some kind of buyout together to take over Gamefreak's share and eject them.

Of the 3 copyright holders, it's Gamefreak that holds the entire franchise back. Creatures Inc has done fine with the card game, and Nintendo could develop much better games... Gamefreak has no reason to exist, it's an embarrassment.
