Coming in second is Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and in third place is Dragon Quest III: And Into the Legend..., all regulars in the top 10. One title worth noting is Freedom Wars Remastered which makes its first appearance .

This is a remaster of the action game released for the PlayStation Vita in 2014. It features improved graphics, balance adjustments and the addition of a high-difficulty mode called Sinners Mode making it a fresh experience for both new users and players who have played the original version extensively. Go go SaGa! I had high hopes for this but it's surpassing it. Still charting on Switch weeks later and it was high on the PS5 digital charts.

Dynasty warriors might help ps5 sales. It seems its inevitable that Sony needs a handheld version in order to compete against Nintendo. Japanese generation todays seems to prefer handheld gaming despite lesser quality in visuals.

Its more about the software than it is about style of play. The TV features of the Switch are also very popular.
