I think it will come down to what type of people are currently in charge over at Rockstar.

If they are the type that respects the crazy hot scale, then yes.

If they are the type that thinks hot doesn't matter, then probably not, but you never know.

Would be nice If they drop a GTAVI trailer.(Most likely won't happen though)

The graphics will sadly be no where near that good.

They lost a lot of love from me over the last years....but if anything, Rockstar is the company that actually delivers the quality they promised ( just look at RDR2 it even GTA 5 on the PS3. Those graphics on a 256mb RAM console put other games to shame.)
