Tried this series once, its pretty well done....but was even for me a tad bit to tedious. Farmers life seems to be indeed quite hard and grindy.

It's more on the Flight Simulator side, as in an actual simulator.

Due to other games I have going, I've only put in about 12 hours of FS25 but so far I'm loving the update over FS22. Nothing mega groundbreaking (a lot of the QoL improvements were in FS22 as mods), but the graphics overhaul is great, and I love the new rice farming.

Nah, its like saying that Battlefield is a military simulator, Farming Simulator is game for casuals mostly and it shows in a lot of areas of gameplay. And there is nothing wrong with that, playing it right now and i have good time.

I mean it's not hardcore ultra realistic simulator, but as far as gaming goes I think it's still closer to a Flight sim or cities skyline than something like Stardew Valley or Harvest Moon or some of the silly simulators (like Surgeon simulator, goat simulator and all of that)
