No idea if Madrid would be willing to sell but I don't think he is indispensable to them by any means. Their midfield is stacked. They've signed 3 CM's this summer already.
But who's even reporting our interest on that one? Tanc? Yeah...
He's gonna be 28 soon though. I dunno, at this point age shouldn't be a major concern and he does have plenty of years in him...and we don't exactly have much choice. But no spring chicken that's for sure.
