My prediction: 2-2 draw, Torres gives a flash of his old brilliance before sinking back into his usual stupor, meanwhile Rooney will score and refuse to celebrate while Ferdinand periodically gives him dirty looks.

Oh I agree, but it's still weird for him to comment on that. By the way, any news on Gündogan's injury? I've read that he might miss quite a bit.

Don't think it's that weird to comment right now. Most likely was a question on the supercup on Friday, coming from Bild it was probably something like "Are these super Bayern even beatable now they've also added Guardiola?".

Nothing new on Gündogan. They said he could be back in 2 weeks, that would be in the next few days. He probably won't play this week, though, considering he wouldn't be back to full fitness and Sahin was pretty awesome on Friday.

This sounds relevant to my interests.

I made Sterling's face when I read your post

Spurs linked with Cabaye (unless google translate got the last sentence wrong).
Unlike some information circulating, Yohan Cabaye is not on strike. The Newcastle midfielder is currently training with his club. He also led all week. The French international, who has not played in the last game against West Ham is still pending departure. Arsenal is set. Negotiations were begun several days. As we announced last Wednesday, the Gunners prepare an offer that should be around 17 million euros. A proposal should be accepted by the Magpies. Time interested, PSG has not made concrete approach since the departure of Leonardo, his former team manager. Reportedly, Tottenham has positioned the last few hours on this issue, without making offers at the moment.

Pellegrini just shook hands with mata!!!!!

Anyway he looks like a really genuinely likeable man and I wish he wasnt managing a team that was our rival but unfortunately I hope he fails.

I'm going to go with 2-1 United.

Chelsea control at least 70 minutes of the game, scoring the first goal with ease. Van Persie then creates something out of nothing. A silly defensive mistake by either Terry or Cahill lets Welbeck in for the second. Rooney comes on in the second half and does nothing of note.

City EDS currently leading Everton 1-0.

We'll lose 3-1. You watch.

Edit:

2-0. Lopes!!! Our new Hero. Our last Hope.

3-1 to Chelsea.

Flashes of brilliance from Chelsea in a somewhat dull match. RVP is shut down thanks to Chelsea's defense as their offense pounces on the stupid mistakes our midfielders make. Welbeck scores Manchester United's solitary goal.

Oh, the camera cuts to Rooney every chance they get as that fucker tries to hide his smirks at each goal Chelsea gets.

Gonzalo Higuain has been hospitalised after a fall at the seaside resort of Capri in the Gulf of Naples.

According to initial reports, the €37m summer capture from Real Madrid slipped on a rock during a boat trip in the Marina Piccola.

He was taken to the A&E department of the Capilupi hospital after hitting his head and sustaining a cut to the left side of his jaw.

Oh man

Arsenal dodged another bullet

Wenger is magic!

It's just that Bild (and Kicker?) are reporting that supposedly he might require surgery.

That Bild article is highly speculative, of course he could need surgery. But considering proper sources don't say anything about that, I doubt he needs surgery.

The most recent Klopp quote is that they told Gündogan not to return before he is completely free of pain. That might be the case tomorrow or could take another week. Very hard to estimate that as the pain can be over in the next moment or not.

Who's the next best player in the team?

Suarez looked good.

Hmmm. Potential wise? I'd say Lopes.

But we've got a decent young lads who could all be decent players, Rusnak, Facey, Evans and that lad Bytyqi... Can't say his name, and you Moyes Boyes think you have problems.

BYTYQI.
