Yeah I have a few diagnosis myself from a child through to my teens. CPTSD, BPD, GAD, and MDD.

Man that sucks. So sorry to hear because well... It had and still does have a huge impact on my life.
Had to look some up. MDD as well. And severe BDD. May have some schizophrenia as well; seeing it goes kinda hand in hand with autism
Wish it was diagnosed earlier (around 30ish) seeing it caused my parents lots of pain.

Just got an emergency alert stating there may be rotating blackouts due to power demands.

Polar Vortex is making things colder then normal. It should be warming up to -20 in a few days.

We're starting a stretch here of 86 consecutive hours of freezing weather.
Things won't start to warm up until Wednesday.

Sorry to hear. It's the opposite for me. No heater because it closes my sinuses. I'll make exception for company but i hate dry air. Need to look into a humidifier.

We finally did on Tuesday, after the cold spell was over. Though the weekend is supposed to get below -20F again. One downside to living in farmland USA is the lack of trees so -20F is really closer to -40/-50 if you're outside thanks to wind chill.

Hope today and or tomorrow are the worst but I'm afraid I still have to cancel a birthday Saturday.
