It's nothing major or harassing or anything, I'm just kinda like ehhhhhhh towards it and I'd rather not it happen again 
More or less I think I made someone upset with an answer and now I feel bad. It's not the biggest deal but I edited my post because, like, I felt mean putting the whole story outside of the PM it was in.
Again not a biggie and tbh now that an hour or two have passed I'm more or less over it and will probably continue answering questions when I'm free again tomorrow because I'm a crazy person. I was just like "oh geez"

its in the OP but that sounds spot on for modcloth. lots of bright colors, patterns, and i've seen quite a few shirts with animals on them.
thats the only suggestion I have tho since I've just been buying stuff from target recently since thats easy

Went into the salon today and they weren't even going to wash my hair before twisting it. I asked aren't you going to wash it first and she said $10.

I'm going to be cosplaying for the first time ever with two of my friends and have to do a big makeup run for it. I'll be doing a Sephora trip in the next couple weeks but does anyone have any recommendation on products? Particularity skin products for combination skin? Since photo's are going to be taken I'm going to be caking it on. xD

Makeup Forever was always good to my combo skin (and it didn't break me out), as well as Laura Mercier. They run into the $40 range, though, but you'll get long-term use out of them.

As someone that's been having annoying car related problems too (no accidents at least... yet *crosses fingers*) I'm so sorry to hear that. Shit is frustrating and expensive.
I've had a bunch of things go out at once on this damn car and it drained any sort of funds that I had, I was almost out of credit card debt too ._. So close and yet so, so far.
At least the car runs beautifully now

Yeah, we keep having to get progressively shittier cars because the insurance will only pay so much. :/ at least this time it was just a dent and didn't total the car. The first time a drunk driver in a truck just totally pasted my car, bounced off, kept going, and drive up the hill of a neighbor's yard and wrecked their car. It was a mess.

2) Without going into any details, know that your responses don't make you responsible for the behavior of users. Some people are messed up. And when they don't get the answers they want, they overreact. None of that is your fault. Their emotional health is on them.
3) Don't post your discord in an open thread, please. You know there are people out there that live to mess with people here. Don't make it easy for them. Send stuff like discord links via PM, or you will absolutely have them in your private spaces. This has already happened with another community.

Missed this before, but yes. I was put on prazosin and propanolol for PTS related symptoms, and those drugs are also used for blood pressure and yes sensation increases and libido increases and yeah, lol.

I was looking for something else and came across this - I'm not trying to be all ALL BLACK FOLKS SHOULD BE FRIENDS but my boss/major professor/committee head/sorta bestie (she wears a lot of hats in my life) is a badass black female gamer and we have a pretty good network of (mostly queer) black women gamers through our work. I'm not sure where you are but if you at least want some social media people to talk about games with I can hook you up.
I've talked to her about this place but I don't think she'd make it out of junior status without getting super banned.

No, according to him disk management is telling him that it's 2 TB total. Which will happen if you format in MBR because it'll make anything greater than 2 TB inaccessible. His tech was probably just being dumb, I had it installed as GPT.

Oh, I'm not upset or anything, he signed paperwork that explicitly says he cannot sue us, and my managers take my side in thinking he is being the stupid one here. We all had a laugh about it.

I work for an oncologist who deals primarily with "the bad cancers". It sucks getting to know a patient, watching them decline, and then seeing them on the obituary page
Before that, I had a different job in the hospital that brought me to the morgue on a regular basis. Lots of sad stories in there.

A friend was a pediatric nurse (now she's an administrator) and once while drunk she confessed to me that children with cancer were sad, obviously, but also really hard to handle because their parents desperately spoiled them due to the situation and they would act out constantly but you never wanted to be mad at them. It sounded just awful to deal with.
Maybe we can just all agree that many jobs are terrible. Though now I teach at the university level and while the bureaucracy sucks and you get the occasional asshole student, mostly I find it completely delightful. I teach a lot of STEM students and they come in telling me how they're terrible writers because that's what they've always been told and it's just really lovely to watch them start to figure things out and learn their skills.
