I just wonder how the requirements will be on the PC? Will a 4070 be enough for high (not max) details and RT at 1080p?
A 5090 sure will be enough but what about lower cards?

GTAV and RDR2 is pretty optimized, i'd guess a 4070 would be sufficant for mid to high.

Yea, I wonder what the calculation is exactly. MS didn't bother using denuvo with Avowed I'm assuming since it was cracked. Not exactly a small game. No GTA, but not exactly Digging a Hole.

Final Fantasy Rebirth didn't use denuvo and had a 300k torrent just after release, that must affect sales regardless of those who would never have bought it.

I think that's the acceptable loss, and what GTA will do. Don't use Denuvo, but don't come out on PC for awhile.

Because they spent billions on this project and they don't want launching day and date with console to get a cracked code because that's what will happen.

I did not play GTAV to completion and I haven't even installed RDR2. Whatever.
The focus on MP did not appeal to me.

Both those games have an extremely excellent singleplayer which almost no other open world games can beat.

This game is basically the entire company - they can't afford any missteps.

That was a long time ago, things has changed, pc gaming has changed, they still want to have a perfect launch and get the most sales out of it, they can't be certain it's gonna repeat GTA V success. I think they will release on PC soon after console release.

I think GTA 6 will be out in November on console and the PC version will be out Nov 2026 at the earliest.
