Not really the case for me. 4 games i own and have played... and only one of them gets redone graphics (since i have Halo CEA, it doesn't count).
Sure, i'd get the pack if i did get Xbone. Unfortunately there is nothing else interesting for Xbone :/ (For me, not talking for others) (EDIT disregarding Halo 5 that is. But Halo franchise alone is not enough. Also talking about purely exclusive games)

Man, that rendered cutscene really makes it clear how much the Bungie Chief design kicks the shit out of the 343 one. Will 343 go back and fix their stupid ass flashback recon that Spartans had always worn the Halo 4 armour in Halo 4's intro now?
The multiplayer stuff all sounds great, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed that more isn't being done for Halo 2 Anniversary's campaign mode. It would be so easy to put in two extra levels (the intended Forerunner tank level to break up Gravemind and a level on the Forerunner Dreadnaught at the end to finish it off more neatly), and not even the E3 mission is kinda lame.
Agent Locke's armour still looks bad :-(

If all Halo games will be put together I assume its a new ranking system They said more will be revealed later.
Dammit. Hell, that's still stupid even if it were just Halo 1/2/3. I like all of them, but swapping between them constantly would suck. They all play kinda subtlely different. Swapping between 3 and Reach always screwed me up.

Most definitely. If they aren't removing the glitches from Halo 2, you can bet Halo 3 will remain exactly as it was. It's not really a big deal with dedis, though.

They showed a preview of multiplayer on IGN stream
It had one multiplayer with the regular playlists. When you clicked lets say slayer, it showed three random maps that you could pick from with all the halos involved.

Yeah, I agree! That'll be retarded if they just have playlists involving all games and not playlists for each specific game.
I never want to play Halo 4 lol, and I'm positively sure they won't force you to play Halo 4 multiplayer at all.

Like Halo 3 Slayer, Halo 2 CTF and stuff.
Playlists can change so much and they confirmed active support and management of them will be a continuing thing.

I'm really curious to see Halo 3 the most. Just because it was so jaggy on the 360, I'm curious to see how much better it looks at 1080p.
Sure it can work like that, but it'd be crazy for them to not give us options to just play Halo 2. The MAJORITY of us are buying this for Halo 1 MP and Halo 2 MP.
Yeah, if it's indeed true some of my hype has been killed, too. I like the other Halo games but just wanted to play Lockout team slayer for 5 hours at launch lol.

I remember thinking this back in 2007 when it was released and how it would look on a PC. Now I will finally get my answer.
Also, I got goosebumps when the Halo monk chant came on. It is such an iconic and timeless peice of gaming music.

I actually am beginning to wonder how the spartan customization, rankings, and UI will work once you get into the games. If it remains in the collection UI, how would Spartan/Elite customization work? Will there be playlists for specific Halo games? And how about the return of that active roster?

They're doing so many right things with this that I doubt they're going to force you to play Halo 3 or 4 if you don't want to. I think having that playlist that switches between will be cool but I think it's a lock for playlists that are only Halo 2 and only Halo 1.

I don't ever want to play Halo 4, and I don't want to switch between games at the whim of other players. When I want to play CE, let me play CE. When I want to play Halo 3, let me play Halo 3. Imagine playing a Counter Strike collection and being shuttled around from Source to 1.6 to GO. That would absolutely suck, and it's almost worse in Halo because the games are so different.

$60 for everything huh? Damn, was expecting it to be more, that's some great value right there. Hell, Halo 2 Anniv alone regularly would have been like $40, so I get 3 other games, the TV series, and beta for $20 more. Pretty damn nice.

Yeah, this entirely. This is kind of a major deal breaker. Especially if there's punishment for leaving when Halo 4 comes up.
I love Pokemon games. I don't want to hop on Pokemon Showdown and have what metagame I'm gonna play selected at random. So having to swap between 1, 2, and 3 constantly, as well as having to occassionally play a horrible game, just is a bit of a major deal breaker.

That is not the solution. The only reason I and plenty of people are getting this collection is to play classic Halo multiplayer. If I'm going to shell out $460 to get that opportunity, they need to do it right. I already have all the campaigns, I only care about playing the multiplayer modes I want to play. If they can't get that right, I'm out.
