I played a couple matches, I can't run it very well (~25 fps or less during action) even at medium settings (all low just looks really bad). I had some fun though, but I couldn't find a server with less than 130-160 ping for me at this hour. I killed some dudes in Deathmatch, I died a lot too, I died even more in Missile whatever mode. It's good stuff, I really like the feel of the action. My weapons felt really puny but I guess that was just my lack of skill and the lag since I saw people kill me with, I think, the same weapons in the kill message and I also got lucky with some nice consecutive kills in Deathmatch but overall I got owned.

game was ok, uninstalled already though. I just don't see myself playing it a lot with all the other games I have.

I'm really getting into the swing of things with my starter mech. The Submachine Cannon is great with some of the offensive optimizations, though I still have a hard time making effective use of the shield as my support item. Also, the in-game currency prices are kind of ridiculous. I get ~130 credits for playing a full 15 minute deathmatch and getting 1st place, and all the items are like 4800.

Game's pretty cool, I like the movement a lot. Enabling Physx sure destroys FPS... I get 45-70 with everything on ultra with it off and can barely top 40 with it on and graphics set to high. Running 8GB of ram with a 1GB 6950 and an i5 2500k.

What's your overclock on that CPU?

I enjoyed the closed betas. Now though disappointed with transactions unless I'm wrong you pretty much need either purchased meteor points or a shit load of game points get a new mech.

...It was at 4.0, but for some reason it's back to stock speeds. Weird.
