there's nothing wrong with hoping he finished his last picture. you shouldn't be hoping he didn't finish it, and it does matter.

FYI he had already finished filming TDK ages ago, he was in the middle of filming The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus.

On a side note, i wonder if him playing the Joker had affected his state of mind? he apparently went far into that role if i remember the reports correctly.

I'm wondering if he's a method actor? If so, it will be disturbing if we find out that depression coupled with him trying to portray the joker sent him over the edge.

This is fucked up.

His death is sad news but lets be honest, we wouldn't already be on page 5 if it weren't for his ties to TDK.

wow, i clicked this thread REALLY hoping for a joke and as i kept scrolling down the first page my jaw was dropped and i just kept saying "no...no..." then i saw it on the news.


Rest in peace. Heath was an amazing actor who was getting better with every film he did.

Holy fuck, I liked him too, I heard it through BBC 5live here and though "Wtf, hes like what, less than 30" and then I heard how he died, sad, shame too, I liked his acting, A Knights Tale was pure awesome.

Sucks that he won't appear as the Joker again, everything I've seen so far indicates he's amazing in the role. He was a great, young actor; I can't think of anything I've seen him in I didn't like.

You could be a bit more tasteful in asking about it, but hoping that he at least got to finish his last movie isn't insulting to him.

And I don't think thats the case anyways.

Which reports are implying that it's a drug over dose. As a father I hold no respect for anyone who could or even consider taking such risks, but I'll reserve my complete disrespect for the deceased until the news is confirmed...

God this is so sad. I've never been so shocked by some celebrities death as this one.

I know it must have taken something terrible to bring him to the point where he was ready to end it, especially having a young daughter. I don't know the circumstances that brought him to this end, but I really do feel for his daughter.
