I'm not even going to try and quote this... basically it's an interview with Jon Kimmich and he explains the rather complicated history of MGS (Microsoft Game Studios).

Very good read if you're interested in the property rights of the Battle Tech Universe, Shadowrun, Crimson Skies, etc. and the companies involved.
