I’m done lurking in these threads and on reddit because in a few hours I can play the game myself and get rid of the negativity that so many people online want to bring onto this game. To keep this thread on topic though, all I wish is that the journalists that did not get a review copy review the game honestly and enjoy it or not enjoy it based on the game itself. I really love how passionate this dev team is, and I just want them to get an honest shake from everyone.

I think for me is whether I agreed with her comments in question or not, they were fairly well reasoned, well meaning and seemed in good faith (it’s not like she’s calling for a holocaust) and honestly if anyone has that much of a problem with it then argue it, instead of ‘I have to immediately burn anything and everything Harry Potter related’…it’s childish.

In what planet is she a bigot for sticking up for women's rights? All she did was advocate for women's prisons to be for actual women and rape crisis/abuse centers be for y'know actual women and other totally un-inflammatory stuff, people can be all for human rights, trans right etc but also want a clear fucking separation of sex/gender in certain situations.

Dangerhairs don't get to change what's considered societal norms and America should keep it's fucked up shit inside it's own borders.

There are the things JK Rowling has actually said... and then there are the things some in the trans community have told everyone she said. These are two very different things.

Glad to see favorable reviews. Since I pre-ordered this, I am glad the game is going to be decent.

I am guessing that most people who are claiming they will not play it, will in fact play it. They may create a new account to do it, but they will do it.

Dangerhairs are so far gone that TERF has become the go-to way to demean women who stick up for themselves and other women. It's gratifying to see that, outside of the internet echo chambers, very few people buy into this bullshit. I also hope the Hogwarts game's sales will further prove this point.
