I personally enjoy the live shows more than the studio recorded episodes.
I like the pre-recorded ones, but the live audience adds an energy of performance that you don't always have in the studio eps. It's more entertaining than something like the Jupiter Ascending episode that devolved too heavily into just discussing the movie without any jokes.
These iPhone recorded episodes might be legible but are unlistenable to me. Kudos to them for putting them out there though. For as much flack as I'm sure they're getting over releasing them like this, I'm sure they would get much more for not having anything uploaded for several weeks.
I would also suggest the crowd isn't especially chatty - it's just that we're typically only getting stage mic pick-up on the recordings.
