The leap in quality when it comes to writing, dialogue choices, character depth, and narrative structure is staggering when compared to Veilguard
In this game, the variety of dialogue options is incredible—I can be diplomatic, tell someone to piss off, or outright kill them if I choose so. It feels genuinely exciting and refreshing. The music also stands out so much; it has soul and complements really well the game’s serious tone. There’s none of that cringe marvel dialogue or bizarre antics from recent modern games
Visually, while the game shows its age, a few well chosen mods make the game looks quite good actually and the strong art direction still holds up remarkably well in my opinion although a remaster like the legendary edition would be awesome honestly, specially because the game on pc has no support for controllers
It’s so disheartening to see how far BioWare has fallen. They’ve become a shadow of the creative powerhouse they once were.
