During today’s Level-5 information broadcast, the developer announced that its upcoming soccer RPG Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road will be released worldwide for Nintendo Switch PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC in June 2025.
Competition Mode has the highest number of playable characters in the series, with around 5,200. The Abilearn Board is a skill tree of sorts for the cast, and Bond Link establishes character bonds and strengthens team play.
Chronicle Mode contains the history of the franchise’s single-layer Competition Routes, and Bond Town Mode lets players create their own avatars who can be trained and participate in online matches. Plus, you can create objects and characters in other modes and place them in your town. Players can be invited to your town to experience minigames as well.
Commander Mod is designed for players who aren’t experienced with action games, letting them give strategic commands first and foremost. Manual and Commander modes can be swapped freely during matches.
Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road is stated to evolve into an infinitely playable experience.
Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road is a title that aims to return to the series’ roots. Players collect cards called “Spirits” in Story Mode and Chronicle Mode, with over 4,500 characters from across the Inazuma Eleven series available as characters. Furthermore, according to Level-5’s CEO, Hino, this title will challenge everyone’s conceptions of the series.
