Also looking at his record, his first 15 fights were against nobodies. And almost all those werent even in the UFC. He had a good 2 year run from 2013 to 2015. Then the moment he fought Nate Diaz twice, you could tell he was already starting to tank despite only being 28 years old. But good enough t beat Nate in match 2 and Eddie A. Since then he's been a joke of a fighter. Got destroyed in all fights except for a weird gimme fight against Don Cerrone who seemed to get thrown to the wolves by the UFC late in his career.

Everything changed for McG the second he started making big money and promoting his side businesses. Exact same thing happened to Ronda Rousey. When she started getting movie bits and WWE shows, her career sunk into the toilet. Hollywood and promotions first, MMA second.
