People better not say "none they're just a bunch of baby toys." I only have one though, Shulk. I found it at clearance at Best Buy yesterday for $13 (I shit you not) and I grabbed that shit right away.

I have two. Mario and Princess Peach. They were for my kids, they didn't seem to enjoy them much so I haven't bothered with anymore.

Don't have a single one. Hate the concept of locking in-game content behind a figure and don't like stuff like that anyways, so it's one of the worst thing Nintendo has introduced in recent years from my perspective.

I once glanced at him and remarked that he looked lonely. I promptly slapped myself and turned him around so he'd stop staring at me with them big ol' eyes.

I have 14 amiibo in total. All of them are from the Smash Bros line.

I got Mario, Luigi, Captain Falcon, Ness, Mewtwo, Dr. Mario, Zero Suit Samus, Villager, Little Mac, Palutena, Shulk, Dark Pit, Mega Man, and Pac-Man.

Lucas and Ryu are going to be my last ones as of now. I'm only getting the characters that I really like and those two are the last ones I legitimately want. After that I am DONE!
...I hope.

But Nintendo asked me very kindly to please understand, so I gave it a try.

I also wanted to unlock that on-disk DLC through the purchase of a physical object.

Just the Classic Color Mario Anniversary Amiibo. I only got it because I'm sure I'll buy Mario Maker eventually and want the exclusive mega mushroom.

I'll probably also buy Toad at some point because I want the stuff he adds to Captain Toad.

I wish they'd make a whole line of pixelated amiibos because I really like the look.

Low score and I like it that way!

I basically just pick ones that I like the look of. Usually, this is just simple characters that don't have intrusive and ugly colored stands since they look the best out of mass production (like say, Marth VS Kirby)

The ones I'm looking forward to getting are Ryu, Cloud, Modern 30th Mario and Isabelle if she can be gotten without that game bundle.

I love my 3DS XL, though, so I get plenty of Nintendo in my life, but I feel like I've missed a generation and a half now sine my Wii broke.

I'm not sure I really like what Amiibos are, though.
At least they could be slightly cheaper.

The only ones I've gotten are the FE Amiibos: Ike, Robin, Marth, and Lucina (and I paid normal price for all of them), and Chibi Robo.

I've been occasionally tempted to buy others, but I've managed to stop myself.

I'm getting the Green Yarn Yoshi/Wooly World bundle for Christmas. That and maybe the Blue Yoshi are probably the only two Amiibo I'll ever buy. Unless Nintendo puts out Yarn Kirby or something.

I have Mario, Link and Inking Girl, and I bought all of them just for in-game functionality... and, to be honest, I am disappointed at how most games handle amiibo save data. I mean, my Mario amiibo can keep save data of Super Smash Bros, Mario Party 10 and Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash... but only one save data at a time. Wanna play a new game? Well, fuck you progress in a new game, you gotta delete it.

Nintendo haven't made save data universal, neither have they made amiibo save data backup tool, and that's a huge shame.
