In retrospect, I'm now actually glad that I felt so burned with the NoA release of the Ness amiibo, as the ensuing grudge I held built up a mighty resistance to further amiibo lust.

Only one I regret is the 8 bit Mario. He looked really neat at first but when I got it in person it's really lame and tacky.

Skipped all the Mario line, will skip most of the Animal Crossing ones (I cancelled the preorders I had but I'm sure I'll cave in on Isabelle at least when I see them in store).

Gonna get Wolf Link for sure though. And the rest of the Smash DLC characters.

I have nearly the entire Smash Bros. line to date. Only missing Villager, Robin and Lucina currently (edit: also do not own the Mii trio, but by choice. I don't really consider them actual characters). I was one of the rubes who was only going to get my favorite characters (thought I'd end up with like 5....maaaaybe 10. Lol), but once the craze set in and they started to disappear within minutes of release, I have never once passed up the opportunity to buy one I didn't already have at MSRP. Imported a couple of them for a few bucks extra. Spent a lot of time F5'ing Amazon, hitting release day events, etc. Just recently picked up quite a few I was missing with restocks. Glad I waited.

Despite getting completely suckered into trying to get a full Smash Bros. set, I have succeeded in ignoring most of the non-Smash lines. The only ones I picked up were Toad and the Splatoon trio, because I really truly wanted those characters.

So yeah I've got like 50 of these damn things.

I have a lot. Thankfully, it has been getting so much easier to get the ones I want, too. I was able to walk into target today and picked up a Tom Nook and Mewtwo easily.

3/3 for splatoon, around 25 of the smash line, blue yarn yoshi, and the silver mario are what I have. I am at the point where I just cherry pick the ones I want now, like that delicious Twilight Princess Amiibo mmmmmmmmm

May end up getting that Mega Yarn Yoshi if it isn't going to be too hard to get.

I bought Toad because...I like Toad.

I wound up with the Inklings because I was afraid I would need them for trading purposes. Still unsure if I want to keep the 3 or not, I have yet to get the game.

Also wound up getting Chibi Robo. Mainly because of the Target Buy 2 get 1 free sale, figured why not get it for free?
