SR2 is a DLC list, no platinum. SR plat will need you to 100% the game + various combat and missable trophies from boss fights (eg defeat Kain without getting hit).

Remember when people cringed when Aspyr were announced as handling the TR remaster?

They are up there with Nightdive Studios imo.

Some games do need some sort of remake. Vagrant Story for example is a stellar game, yet the menu and especially weapon switching needs an overhaul.
