Easy-to-remove building sections provide access to the highly detailed interior, comprising a ground level with a bakery, florist’s shop and café, a middle level with a music store, photo studio and dental office, and an upper-level dance studio and apartment with access to a rooftop terrace with barbecue. The exterior of the building features a detailed sidewalk with outdoor café furniture, fountain, streetlamps and a highly elaborate facade with beautifully detailed windows and doors, three buildable shop signs, spired tower and a decorative roofline. Collect and build an entire town with the LEGO Creator Expert Modular Building series 10243 Parisian Restaurant, 10246 Detective’s Office and 10251 Brick Bank. • Includes eight minifigures: a dentist, barista, baker, florist, music store assistant, dancer, photographer and a LEGO® fan, plus a baby figure.

This has to be a marketing thing... Printing that on the box must mean they have a huge adult LEGO market. Not my hobby anymore but I bet I'd have a good time building it.

There is a huge market for adults. That is why this series has gone for ten years for one example.

And in before complaining about LEGO being more expensive than it used to be.

I'm really glad that they stuck to the same price to piece ratio as previous ones. It's still super expensive but its not as bad as other Lego sets.

And it looks fucking amazing, this shit is straight up art.

I love these modular sets but unfortunately don't have the time/space/cash to own them.

They are what I always imagined the "CITY" theme should be. Growing up I always rolled my eyes at what they would pass off as a police station in the regular sets.

ive started collecting the smaller 30-70$ sets. from the homes to vacation homes and the new RV. My kid isnt old enough to play with them yet so im just squirreling them away when i find a good deal.

not sure if I'm going to make the jump to the modulars but im scared with the discontinuation rumor - I might have to get one or two before theyre gone
