Not hyped, because I've to wait until the summer for a physical release whilst having to avoid spoilers everywhere. On a more positive note all the bugs should have been ironed out by then and even a PS5 PRO patch may be available.

I play video games to immerse myself in the role of a likable character. With so many options available, the last thing I want is a story focused on a lesbian narrative. I’ve already played the first LiS. Episodically when it was first released and waited for each new episode. So yeah this isn't LiS.

At least we should appreciate the fact they aren't destroying IPs and are trying to stand on their own merits. I wish all modern audience devs were that respectful.

I platinumed life is strange a long time ago as it was easy to do. It wasn’t too bad of a game but these types of games are just not for me. Easy pass but I’m not the target audience.

Is there a big audience for these types of games?

Zero confidence after I had to endure watched multiple scenes of a friend on discord playing Life is Strange 2, some of the worst cringe-inducing writing I've experienced, especially that contrived ass shooting scene with the cop.

Banishers looked alright, but I don't trust Don't Nod when it comes to teen drama or characters.
