Also if they make a season 2 I hope they summarize all the sketchy evidence they ignored in season 1, for the sake of comprehensiveness..fabricating a one sided story is what got Steven imprisoned in the first place :/

You could get insight into the jury without someone getting a medical leave. Once a case is closed the jury is totally free to talk about it.

Pretty much every single piece of "sketchy" evidence is BS anyway. But I'd want them to go over the "sweat DNA" they claim was in her car, and explain just how much BS it is.

Zellner filed the motion for post-conviction scientific testing today in Manitowoc County.

The highlight for me is the assertion that she has evidence the Rav 4 was found by police on the 3rd, moved on the 4th to Avery's property, and the search party 'finding it' on the 5th. However, there is so much more. For a court document, it is quite compelling to read.

I just finished this last night with my wife. Very interesting.

I found this on YouTube and I'm sure its been covered, but it points to a alternate timeline in which Teresa went to Avery's place first before Zipperer's. Not only does the timeline work, but its also what investigators first think too.

So yeah, the whole thing comes off as getting rid of Steven Avery because of the impending lawsuit and settlement.

The whole thing is nuts.

Of course she needs 'actual clear evidence'. The state is not going to free Avery otherwise.

I personally think Zellner will deliver. I have read up on her 18 other successful exonerations and I do not believe she would be putting her reputation on the line if she did not have the goods to back it up and get Avery freed.

Either way, by the end of the year Zellner will have to show her hand and all this speculation can stop.

Basically, there will be less delays to get Steven out. This is a huge help! We're still not there yet, but slowly.

The documentary, The Jinx, was made by people who made All Good Things (the director/co-producer and co-producer/co-writer) after Bob Durst (the murderer) contacted the filmmakers about the film and offered to be interviewed.

But I haven't watched All Good Things.

I'm partway through episode 3 and I don't know if I have the stomach to keep it up.
10 episodes of this rollercoaster of fuckery is just too much without really knowing how it ends up.

Amanda Knox was outrageous but you can do it in one sitting. ugh

Durst, 73, entered the courtroom in a wheelchair, sporting a neck brace, wearing a blue and white striped shirt and khaki pants.

“I do want to say here and now though I am not guilty,” he said in a hoarse voice. “I did not kill Susan Berman.”

Durst is accused of carrying out the December 2000 shooting of Berman, a confidant who had befriended him while they attended classes at UCLA, because she was a witness to a crime.

Always knew something was off about the ex-boyfriend. Even the brother didn't really seem that upset. I wouldn't be surprised if he was involved.

Zellner also claims Kratz knew of a piece of evidence that would have shown Avery wasn't guilty, but he ignored and "misplaced" or destroyed it.
