I'm mad hype for this. It's a good thing that it plays so well and is so fun to watch. Presentation sure isn't doing it any favors.
Title is perfect. Capcom messed up on the roster big time. Even with restrictions against using xmen and FF, they could have done MUCH better.

Yesterday Amazon said I would receive MvC:I on the 28th, but now it says it's being shipped today. Still with the 28th arrival, but I'll likely get it way before that.

Black Widow seems like a weird omission given how they give her more and more legit/non-fanservice screen time with each film. And she's pretty cool. They could have made her pretty crazy.
Anyways, I can't wait until the game has been in everyone's hands for a couple of weeks and then we see tournament level play. Given how "professional" esports is getting, it's kinda weird that they didn't give away more early codes/copies to Marvel 3 players and people in the community. A loss of 200 or so sales couldn't be that much of a set back to the games financial success.

From the streams I've seen, it comes with the Deluxe Edition. Is there even a steelbook? or is the DE a steelbook?
Yes, it does include a SteelBook case.
Marvel made quite a few female omissions on their side, even factoring in the Fox ban (Black Widow, Ms. Marvel, Wasp, Medusa, Quake, Jessica Jones, Hela, Elektra, etc.). Capcom also didnt do the base roster any favors on their side as far as ladies go (Tron Bonne, Trish, Lady, Franziska von Karma, Juri, Crimson Viper, etc.). I wouldnt be surprised if Capcom made the Monster Hunter a female after realizing the lack of ladies in the base roster.

You say confirmed as if that was ever a possibility. No there isnt nor will there be, if only because of Thor's hitbox would completely change.
No Jane Foster Thor as far as we know. But as an aside, her Avengers Assemble VA (Erica Lindbeck) is on Capcoms payroll via voicing Menat in SFV.
