Did anybody else want Kingpin to be an over arching nemesis spanning multiple seasons? I thought he was great.

I really wouldn't mind if Kingpin getting out of jail and enacting some scheme is the catalyst that forms The Defenders.

Yeah, the first season bored me to tears until more than halfway through. By the end I liked it but found the plotting to be unimaginative. Liked Charlie Cox and Vincent. Kinda hated everyone else.

Season 2 looks great though.

Interesting, I kinda thought he got multiple masks with some small differences at first.

I'm still unsure how the Punisher will play out for me because I'm still seeing Shane when I see him, the Skull looks great though.

As far as I know the release date is the same for all regions, I believe this is the case for all Netflix shows. So yes, if you sign up for the trial month you can watch the show on the 18th.
