If Chief lands a sticky or a couple of sniper rifle headshots on the Doom Slayer, he could probably win. Doom Slayer is not particularly tanky on Nightmare difficulty.
 
Doom Guy loses agaisnt Master Chief in a hard fight

Doom Slayer annhilates Master Chief and it's not even funny. Comparing The Doom Slayer to Master Chief is like comparing Kid Goku to Super Sayain Gohan.
 
I think Chief is a pariah, and would enjoy losing if it meant surviving and becoming stronger. He always loses to become a better person, especially in Halo: Infinite. The Slayer hates losing, and would do anything to win, even practice self-preservation routines. So I feel like the Doom Slayer would beat Master Chief.
 
Doom guy was a regular soldier with cathedral sized balls. When he turned into the doom slayer, that's when he becomes an unstoppable force. He also doesn't have to worry about a thicc AI (but he probably still cares about his bunny)
