PS3 becoming more like PSP (Solid, but not spectacular) ? If it can keep up 20K in the next few weeks, it will start to look more like PSP than GCN.

JoshuaJSlone has his automatically generated ones, PantherLotus has his Next-Gen Consoles one with numbers on certain weeks, and the ones I post with the game titles for certain weeks can be found here for the U.S. and Japan. I update them each week on that site when the new numbers come out, but I don't usually post them here each week, since they don't change much.

Seeing those graphs on donny's page reminds me when DS injected heroin into its balls in late 2005. Hilarious three weeks in December.. nearly two years since that snowball was rolled down a steep slope.

Wii Sports has surpassed 2 Million according to Dengeki (2.005M).
Wii Play is at 1.65 Million.

FFX is at 2.331M. FFX International is at 275K with a debut of 116K.
FFX-2 is at 2.004M. FFX-2 International + LM is at 276K with a debut of 167K.
FFXII is at 2.331M. FFXII International JZS is at 66K.

Guess FFXII doesn't have much tract in Japan or gamers there are sick of FF re-releases.

how could Taiko no Tatsujin DS be at #25 when i never saw 1 (one) on the shelves in Tokyo, Kawasaki and Yokohama for the last 2 weeks ???

at the very least, ea could have issued a press release on madden sales by now. give us sales-agers something to argue about.

yes, and i never saw a copy on the shelves since i arrived in japan (august 3rd), so i wonder how it could be at #25 in the chart... both Taiko DS and Forever Blue Wii were recalled, but FB was available for 3-4 days, meanwhile Taiko seemed to be sold out few days after the release (from sinobi blog IIRC)...

So do we get software numbers from last week tonight? I thought I remember that last time this happenened we had 4 nights in a row of numbers..it was glorious.

Well, the initial shipment was not very big, and the reprints were scheduled by end of august, if I recall correctly.

Maybe, but my biggest guess is tomorrow, exactly two days before we get last week's numbers directly from m-create.

I just think it's a word of mouth, cause the game is still sold at normal price, and i mean with usual 10-15% off.
Nintendo games which sell a lot are never discounted so much, you can still find somewhere some Smash Bros copies, sold at full price, or some Mario Kart for GBA and GC.

Anyway, on Famitsu top30 you will always see 4,800yen cause they just show official price. Even Magic Taizen would be showed at 4,800yen meanwhile you can buy it for 880yen in Sofmap and other shops :)
