Isn't it coming out on Vita as well? Wouldn't be surprised if there were more sales there. Not because it's portable, but because Vita early adopters - the system didn't do badly at launch - may have been anticipating a Monster Hunter game hitting the platform. That said, yeah, it's not a real Monster Hunter game.

Then they're not very bright. The Vita was released in late December, and the MH3G + MH4 3DS announcement was in September.

You're probably right. Of course it could be a slowburner, but i don't think Sonic can pull that off. Still, i think we will see it appear on famitsu. At least the 3DS version.

And looks like Nintendo started to actually market those bundles. All of the 4 skus are on the top 100 on amazon and Wii party for the first time is the first wiiu game. I don't know if Party's performance will stutter because of the bundles, but i think it has potential to surpass... Game and Wario... With time.

Nintendo should lower the prices on the software they already released like Pikmin and Lego to make people impulse buy, but we will see how it ends this.

About Frontier, honestly, i don't think anyone cares too much about it. Still, i think it will sell well on all platforms. PS3 because there's an audience there, Wiiu because it's going to be released next to holidays and Vita for obvious reasons. Of course, i'm using my definition of well (meaning something like 30k on Wiiu)

I'm surprised interest is so low in Akiba's Trip 2. From all of the media released so far, it looks like a fairly decent beat-em-up with nice presentation.

What are people's expectations for the week 44 when Nintendo releases their Wii U bundles?

I think people will be pleasantly surprised, I am expecting a minimum of 30k or too optimistic?

Iwata was rambling about how the Ganbarion's One Piece games were rated well by users in the Iwata Asks for Pandora's Tower. For what little value Nintendo Channel's opinion is worth. The portable games also seem to do better by the virtue of being portable games.

Doubt it could beat the likes of One Piece Musou or Jump Ultimate Stars.

While there's a lot of value in those bundles, every one of the games packaged will likely face a severe decline. I'd like a pleasant surprise but I'm not expecting one.

I'm expecting 30K first week.

I'm not optimistic that the bundles will hold that much interest. Regardless, I'd love to see the console do well and thrive, so I'll remain hopeful that I'm not wrong.

I didn't want to make comparisons for One Piece, since Unlimited Cruise SP preorders had been influenced by a delay (i.e. many people preordering the game well before the actual release date due to when it was originally going to come out), and because some titles were quite old (then, possibly not accurate comparisons). However, if you really desire them, here you have.

Your prediction of continuous fall off is probably way off considering 3D World is released in that timespan.

Is Sega even caring about the sales of Sonic in JP? I mean NO Sonic game has done well since GC and GBA. Maybe Rush 1 did alright? Don't remember.

Point is, whether it's on Wii, PS3, whatever, Sonic sells like shit in JP. And the early GC games did REALLY well in comparison, like 200k right?

I wish Sega made a Sonic game that targeted the JP crowd again, I miss Sonic being Anime-influenced (the Adventure games were kinda that, the in-game humans in SA1 were very Anime-like).

Sega Splash Golf I think is the last Anime-environment that Sonic was in.

How did that never get a Wii port again?

Prediction: Super Smash Bros Wii U will most likely release in June 2014 and the 3DS version will release in November.
