Do you mean the story portion or the title screen? The story portion is also from the MM1 credits and the title screen is Megaman's theme and shows up everywhere.

Man, I was just replaying some old MM off the Anniversary Collection, and was going, "fuck yeah, this music rules", and a second later thought, "this shit deserves a thread", and a second after that thought, "someone's definitely made one already". Bam. :lol Kudos.

It's so hummable, so easy to listen to over and over again, so cover-able...the perfect action game music.

I've been fascinated youtube-hopping to hear some covers and what people have done with the music.

Didn't see it, so I gotta say that I'm a big fan of the 20th Anniversary Mega Man 1~6 Rock Arrange Version that Capcom put out not long ago. Especially the title mix medley.

Woah, so I stumbled on a remix of a Magnet Man track, and realized it was remixing the Mega Man II (game boy) Magnet Man stage. Man, I had MM II and III on the Game Boy, and completely forgot that they (or at least 2) had original tracks instead of just using the NES ones!

Wow, some dude ripped all of the MMII GB Music and re-did it in 8-bit NES quality (which was an upgrade over the GB sound chip)....man, amazing. Stage Select screen and everything! I love passionate nerds :lol
