why this dude acting like he did anything that game.... and still get credit lol? he didn't even play against OKC
he acting like he did something that game lolWhat’s the DPOG belt? Sort of a for fun belt the Mavs give out to best defender on the team each game?
I think he’s a good addition to the team, not a great one though. If he weren’t so injury prone all these years, had a much lower ego, and more skill, as well as accomplished anything at all in his career then I would say it was a great addition just because he’s such a tough dude. One of the types of players who wants to win and win badly but doesn’t quite have enough in him to reach the next level in the playoffs. I was telling a friend of mine earlier, I think this is a solid addition if he realizes that he’s good for a strong 15-20 minutes on the court and can play that role to perfection. I think he wants to show Ballmer he fucked up and wants to get the 1up on CP3 by bringing home some hardware. Seemed like those two really didn’t like each other, but really that’s in the past. I think he’s a winner, but it’ll be up to Steve Nash and his assistants, the rest of the coaching staff to maximize his effectiveness on the court, however many minutes that will end up being. Personally, I say let him earn his spot. Start him out easy around 15-20 minutes and see what he does with thatGriffin to the Nets? lol, what?
Blake's been terrible for 2 seasons now. Not slightly below average All Star. Not an OK starter. Just straight up terrible.
I hope he turns it around in Brooklyn, but I'm not optimistic. Maybe he'll settle into a Jeff Green kind of role and play well. I just think expectations might be too high simply based on his name.

Dangerous move. The mastermind is now on the enemy’s team. Smart trade by the Clippers, seemed like Lou is useless to them at this point so might as well. Think that is a great move tbh, as much as I dislike the Clippers lol
Chicago Bulls trades were excellent. Acquiring Vucevic and Theis? Great decisions
Lakers may have trouble even making the playoffs, looks like LBJ and AD will be taking at least another three weeks maybe four until making a return
Haven’t been watching many Lakers games so idk how they’re playing without LeBron and Anthony Davis, but the coaching staff is strong enough to at least hold on until they’re ready to go. But I can see the Lakers falling into that 7th seed and have to hold their own in the play-in tournament(s)I think that play-in tournament is happening again this year so the Lakers can sink as low as the 9th seed and be fine.
Current 10th seed is 10 games behind LA right now.
there was a guy at my local YMCA gym that said he could be competitive against Luka Doncic in 1 on 1 because he's faster and quicker....Haven’t been watching many Lakers games so idk how they’re playing without LeBron and Anthony Davis, but the coaching staff is strong enough to at least hold on until they’re ready to go. Would be such a shame if they did and lost both. That would be crazy. Gotta keep winning and hope for 6th or better
That’s competitive spirit and I respect it. Luka’s skill level is staggering for his age, he’ll outsmart anyone 1v1 and make a fool of anyone who tries. But I do think there are some very talented players everywhere you go, so who knows if he was all talk? He might be able to do a little something 1v1 but would probably get embarrassed. These dudes in the NBA are a whole different animal let me tell you brothere was a guy at my local YMCA gym that said he could be competitive against Luka Doncic in 1 on 1 because he's faster and quicker....
thoughts?
would you consider Luka already top 20 in the league? That’s competitive spirit and I respect it. I would say he’s in the top 5 players in the league. He needs better teammates to learn from and he can easily become the greatest in a few years. If Mavs’ GM Donnie Nelson beings in a top talent or at least better players to work with Luka will only continue to rise. The fight that dude has in him is special, and with his skill? He’s the brightest prospect the NBA has. I’m not a fan or impressed at all with what the 2004 draft class has brought to the game despite how great they are/were. With Luka I see there is hope for better entertainment. He embodies what I love about the game from all that I have seenwould you consider Luka already top 20 in the league?
