I've never bought any but I see this guy goes for $40 on Amazon, is that a good price??

Around $40 is usually the going rate for them, unless they have extra add-ons that come with them. Second printings usually have a price drop to around $30, but it's popular and never gets another printing, they can get up to $100, depending. I regret not finding out that the Halloween Miku was an exclusive, quick enough Like I said, I only got into Nendos last year.

I getcha. I think I recall the figure that was the last straw on FigureGAF and it was much more suggestive that a Nendo butt Some of the scale figures and statues can get pretty risque, but Nendos never really go that far.

For a single Nendoroid if you go the cheapest (unregistered SAL) it's like 800 yen. EMS, which is fast and has tracking, is like 1.7k for a Nendoroid. Price goes up about 50% of the base shipping price per Nendoroid. I know I had a shipment of three for like 1.8k USAL.

Darnnit guys! After seeing the Umaru-chan Nendo I want it, even though I just learned about it through this topic, and I want to see the show! But, I am heading to Fanime tomorrow, so I guess I'll have to wait, just in case I find some other old Nendo there for cheap(ish). I sure regret not getting the BRS Figma there a few years ago. I have no idea how small Figmas were and at the time, wanted larger figures (that is, I thought they were bigger). Could of got an awesome BRS Nendo back then too, had I of been into them then :/

On the other hand, it's Amazon, so getting your money back shouldn't be difficult if you do get a bootleg.

I haven't had any bad luck with buying figures on Amazon, personally. I'd just avoid any 3rd party sellers that are really new, and/or (obviously) price gougers.

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Akari Hizamaru!

From the popular manga ‘TERRAFORMARS’, comes a fully articulated Nendoroid of the Annex I Party Squad 2 Member – Akari Hizamaru. He comes with three expressions including one standard expression and two in his transformed form – one rampaging expression and one with a glaring look.

Optional parts include the injector he uses to transform, as well as the Marcos’ ‘Arachne Buster Mk. II’ weapon. The Nendoroid is also fully articulated allowing for all sorts of different action scenes from the series!

Even Michelle accepted him as a good guy!

Not only that, but he is also a fully articulated Nendoroid allowing for all sorts of action poses that can really bring out the TERRAFORMARS atmosphere! (´□｀&#65377

His outfit has also been faithfully included and even featured glossy parts to recreate the metallic look from the series! As usual, even as a Nendoroid the detail is quite astounding!! The little glimpse of his thighs here also shows one more blue metallic area!

The long coat is separated into three parts all of which are connected with a ball joint allowing them to be moved to fit almost any pose without too much effort! Even a simple standing pose with a slight gust of wind blowing across the coat can be made for a simple, yet fun pose!

This rather special item is also included!

I picked her up at a con this week. Thought this was one of the rarer BRSs, but I guess not, and apparently I paid about $10 more than what I could have on eBay. I was too excited seeing one that I just went for it! No regrets after taking her out and doing a mini photo shoot, though

There seems to be less and less older Nendos/Figmas too, I noticed. It's nice finding a deal, but looks like I'll be hunting AmiAmi's used section like most others >_> I saw on there the Snow Miku Figma listed at $30 in good condition, but one con booth had it at $80 >_> Going to be hard finding some stuff on my wants list. Would be nice if they reprinted the Kill la Kill ones.

So I didn't realize that my BRS Nendo that I got this week came with the entire OVA special! Guess I thought the OVA was a stand-alone disc release or something (although I think it might have been released separately?). Threw me off because the DVD is just in a thin jewel case and the cover is just an image of the Nendo.

Are there any other Nendos that come with anime OVAs and such?
