The fact Fire Emblem is on top is both amazing and scary. It costs R$ 149 on the eShop ($70~75), like all Nintendo's games, so either this chart isn't accurate or there actually are a lot of suckers who buy these rip-offs instead of using the Canadian eShop, which might be the reason Nintendo and even some 3rd parties insist on this abusive matching of local retail prices.
It's also interesting that many games have roughly as many ratings as in the Canadian eShop (sometimes more), which indicates the 3DS market in Brazil is of comparable size.
