Can anyone tell me when the event ends? I have 6k coins to spend but I wanna hold out for my last few lootboxes from the grind

I'd like to know also. I have enough for the Lucio skin, but I might try and sneak in a couple of boxes before it's over.

I was away during the event where Dva's Selfie highlight was available and I'm sooooooooo gutted I missed it. It's so amazing and it's literally the only thing I want to spend my coins on. Having it right there in the hero gallery but not purchaseable at all just adds to the disappointment.

As Anniversary was a general event without much of a theme, you'd think that would be an appropriate time to make all the previous event loot purchaseable again as Jeff had hinted at during Overwatch's first event.

I think Jeff's hint was that events would be recurring. Summer Games will almost certainly happen again this August, and all those event items will be available again, probably with a few new additions.

Now, bring on some new maps/a new character!

I bought too many lootboxes this event. More than the other events. At least I have everything on console and PC, lol

I shit you not, it was honestly that junk SIX times in a row. :|

I officialy hate events now and won't ever play during one. Who is it really good for? "Oh look, we're gonna lock all of these items during this small period of time just so you people can spend way too much money! Be excited"

I don't know what the f happened with this one, but Uprising felt so much easier to get stuff. I'm pretty sure they messed with the drop % system.

Everything before Chinese New Year was way easier to get. Ever since Chinese New Year, it feels really hard to get Legendaries without dupes now.

So far I've gotten 7 legendary skins and 5 of them were for Lucio lol. Didn't pay for the boxes but still it's crazy that somehow I'm getting dupes for the same character over and over again.

I had decent luck this event. I played every night since the event started and opened 1-3 boxes a day.

I got almost every skin and dance. I missed Zarya and Soldiers.

funny enough I have not gotten a legendary since the double XP started.

had to grab a few voice lines and stuff with gold this morning to clean up what I wanted and didn't get.

I'm glad there was no legendary I really wanted. My total haul from drops was:

- Event Soldier
- Event Symmetra
- Event Bastion
- Odette Widowmaker

- Sombra dance
- McCree dance
- D-Va dance

- Most voices
- All icons but Sombra, Mercy and Soldier (I really wanted Mercy's)

I bought Mercy's Dance yesterday at night, just in case I wouldn't be able to play today/the event ended yesterday at night, but I ended up getting it in the last box of the day..
Anyway, I'm at 2500 coins for the next event, in case there's something I do want in that one (Is it Summer Games?)

Well, chances are I wont get to play again today so here are my spoils:

Zarya Skin
Symmetra Skin
Roadhog Dance
Sombra Dance
Ana Dance
Orisa Dance
Mei Dance

I had 8000 Monies so I bought:
DVa Skin
Pharah Dance
Bastion Dance
Tracer Dance
Reaper Dance
Reaper Shrug


All in all, I gained about 50 levels from this event. I got a large amount of yellow non-event skins, as well as yellow money chests.

Still did not get my Hanzo skin. I will try to get the 3 easy lootboxes tonight and some through leveling but if I do not have it by 10pm I will just buy the skin

It's actually gotten to a point with this game where opening a loot box makes it feel less of a reward and more of a kick in the balls.

There are so many things that I need to unlock, so many. Standard stuff and event stuff. Yet I get nothing but duplicates. Genuinely averaging 2 dupes each box. It's ridiculous.

I've opened around 40 boxes during this event and the only skin I unlocked was Genji's. Three times. Three bastard times! I also got a legendary Pharah original skin and a legendary Hanzo original skin. Gee, thanks!

And what's with the 500 coins being a legendary drop? The hell am I supposed to do with 500 poxy coins?

Bought 24 boxes and got these and then bought bastions skin.

Moral of the story is if you play EVERY FUCKING DAY and then GIVE THEM MONEY you might get all the skins.

What we have is based off past events and there was a picture on PSN about when the event ends. If that picture is accurate it'll end at 3AM EST tonight.

I've played a ton this event, bought the 50 loot box pack, and have all the skins except Lucio, all the dances except Widows, all of the player icons, most of the sprays and many of the voice lines.

Bought 24 lootboxes and got almost all of the legendaries I was missing (DVA, Genji, Zarya, Lucio) so I'm definitely happy. The only one I have left is Tracer and a few dance emotes but I should have the coins to get those. Been extremely lucky with my arcade boxes and the double xp boxes this weekend so I can't complain. Here's hoping the rest of you have some good luck getting what you want before this ends tonight!

Got my final loot purchase out of 25. I got three Legendary duplicates. Rest greys, Bastion Anniversary and Legendary Rein. I think I'm done buying loot boxes.

This is the first event that I didn't get everything. And it feels strangely cathartic. Like when I eventually figured out how useless achievements/trophies are.

Yeah, I think I'm over the grind.

I'll just admire the skins/emotes/highlights from afar :p
