In real life I have seen new home builds which were approaching that level of bad.
Like on the right of this you would have the front door and narrow stairs to the second level.
On the left you have a long wall with a door opening to the kitchen.
This was also rotated 90-degrees relative to the parallel lines of the home's walls/foundation, so it was a complete clusterfuck.
